- second day of four days off in a row!
- finally went for a runnnn!
- visited shosenkyo (waterfall, gorge, shrine, trail), thanks B. for his car, and finally started taking more film photos (thanks T.!) 🙂
- ft. windy roads of minami alps shi and near kofu and me and L. being like o lord we are a little too tired for this lol

dinner: made 豆苗（LOVE + so glad japan has this too yay) with cabbage and garlic, then some scrambled eggs with onions which admittedly could be slightly more seasoned
went for a run to the park i walked to with L. yesterday! bit out of shape, but glad i went, and even got to dance on the grass and do some other exercises for a bit. don’t remember as much choreo as i would wish, but also picking it back up faster than i would expect. no pics, but great music, and felt solid.

after some semi-confused driving along the gorge, found the entrance and paid parking by buying from the store next door 
some bright colors, but overall the valley seems whitewashed somehow, like faded colors

rocks so round and carved out, looks like they fell out of the cliffs that have similar-shaped indents in them 
the waterfall in question ( L. and I couldn’t help but compare with the waterfall in the onsen village we were given a tip to go, had no tourists, super local, grateful to have the opportunity to see all these places 🙂

area seems famous for certain minerals and rocks, at the top in this shrine was this HUGE round shiny orb 
idk why this was at the shrine but who knows with touristy areas 
iwana fish, maybe same type as those T. and I ate at lake chuzenji in nikko! 
bamboo lined up apparently to be lit up at night! wish we could see it but would have to wait for a while till sunset arrived 
some of the wishes i read: happiness, health, and ofc, money lol 
took a wrong turn but ended up detouring around this beautiful lake that doesn’t look like japan…. somehow i think of sweden and scandinavia 
fuji on the way back with a view of kofu area, many windy roads, me tryna navigate and L. tryna drive lol and my phone near dying
bit stressful navigating especially with all the windy roads, but got some nice views in and chill walk
