[DAY20] double ramen, train autumn nostalgia, amazing capsule hotel

had homemade ramen probably for first time thanks Masa!
leave Niseko 😦 and off to Hakodate!
train ride with autumn leaves and fading Mt Yotei so beautiful
took a solid nap, capsule hotel i’m staying at is SO cheap and wow cannot believe the value for what i’m paying
probably the most ‘shio ramen’ shio ramen i’ve ever had

train from niseko to oshamambe: couldn’t take many great photos, but train + autumn foliage, just had such a beautiful feel and low volume mood of japanese nostalgia

shio ramen! soup so complex but **really** light, probably a first for me to taste shio ramen that actually has a pork base but strong shio taste (some japanese customers next to me were saying the same thing!) as opposed to just salty broth

i know i had double ramen but man i missed noodles (the food at the lodge was great and bless i was fed SO well but heck i def missed dumplings and noodles, and ofc it was the last day that masa pulls out the noods….)
