- morning shift at the cottage down the hill + clearing the container next to it
- accidental (but such good) nap (oops) in nice patch of sunlight inside the cottage while waiting for more instructions
- E. and I were left with the beef on the frying pan and it caught on fire (so much oil wow) and set off the fire alarm… Even though E. is vegetarian, she cooked some fire (pun intended ikr lmao) meat
- piano + singing for a bit, then went for a walk (haven’t even done so since arriving!) around the area with B. 🙂
- great dinner, sapporo beer, free onsen access at the nearby hotel late night after dinner, basically just me and a couple people, sometimes getting the whole space to myself… so peaceful in the outside onsen

was nice feeling the afternoon sunlight + breeze 🙂 walked past the onsen hotel + ski resorts, etc
1) plating for customers; cabbage wrapped veg
2) our dinner! cold tofu + yuzu pepper, salad, kinoko+marinated beef oh lord SO good, tomato sauce + cabbage rolled veg, vinegar pickle-tasting cabbage
3) leftover turkish حلوة dessert + beer + my free onsen pass ticket
