these leaves got me thinking of VT, especially on the drive over… ngl i have def forgotten i was in hokkaido while i was daydreaming
the marsh and surrounding plants. was discovered by boy scouts showa 3年10月7日 aka we were at the marsh on its 91st discovery anniversary whooo
made our own pizzas for lunch~ ft. mine with zucchini, mushrooms, pumpkin, tomato sauce, cheese, salmon, and who knows what else but i can tell you it was delicious
i think it happened on this day, but tommy was trying to explain tempeh/seitan? to someone else, ‘it’s like tofu’s demented cousin’ lmao
me (trying to) follow instructions to make bread + our enchilada, miso soup (plus another staff’s mushrooms from her backyard!!), yum salad, guac (god i love guac), rice… i am fed so well here bless
