don’t usually drink beer but couldn’t go to the sapporo beer museum and not beer
got the original recipe (kaitakushi beer) from their inception as a company in 1876. it was really good! tbh the first time i drink beer and feel i would actually pay for it… light and good. later got the ‘only in hokkaido’ classic and same thing. pretty revolutionary considering i really don’t drink beer after so many years lol
houjicha latte with pearls and whipped cream. japan is not at peak bubble tea yet but man they are getting close. this was real good. the whipped cream, good pearls, and lord that houjicha.
shoyu ramen at ramen yokocho (ramen alley) at sapporo. was feeling something light so got shoyu, but should’ve taken the chance to try the butter + corn ones that seemed popular along the alley! tbh was ok, similar to the ones in hk.
